Dr. Scheidel grew up in Vermillion, South Dakota. As a young adult he realized his personalized interest in specializing in sleep dentistry as he navigated his own personal struggle with severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Dr. Scheidel attended Creighton University for both his undergraduate and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees. After professional school, Dr. Scheidel practiced as an Officer in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps, and currently operates his own private dental practice, South Broadway Dental Care. These experiences have instilled strong work ethic, as well as deep roots in providing excellent patient care. When he isn’t busy perfecting his dental skills, you can be sure to find him hanging out with his family and friends. You can also find him on the golf course working on his short game and volunteering in the community.
